Job summary

Geisinger in Danville, PA seeks a primary liaison between designated Institute(s), their Financial Managers and clinicians for all revenue management items. This role requires deep understanding of systems, workflows and billing requirements to provide regular status and analyses to Revenue Management leadership.

The position develops educational materials to promote charge capture and delivers training to providers to drive efficiency and revenue optimization across the system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and 2 years managing people, processes, or projects.
• Experience with revenue management, billing and coding requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary liaison between Institutes, their Financial Managers and clinicians for revenue management.
• Develops educational materials and processes to promote charge capture initiatives.
• Delivers education to providers and institute staff to promote efficiency and revenue optimization.
• Provides updates on performance and coordinates with leadership to address business needs.
