Job summary

The Staff Pad partners with a healthcare provider in Las Vegas, NM to hire an experienced Revenue Cycle Liaison. You will serve as the primary link between on-cycle revenue cycle teams and external vendors, coordinating requests, routing actions, and ensuring timely resolution to support accurate reimbursement.

Success requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional communication, and a solid understanding of the end-to-end revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, with 1–2 years of revenue cycle experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with practice management and patient accounting systems.
• Experience with clearinghouse platforms and payer portals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for vendor requests and triage inbound requests.
• Maintain a tracking log for vendor requests, statuses, and owners.
• Route requests to internal teams with clear action items and deadlines.
• Coordinate claim- and account-level activities, including corrected claims and authorizations.
• Ensure HIPAA/privacy and security policies are followed.
