Job summary

Hurtt Clinic is seeking a full time Revenue Cycle Manager in Tustin, CA. The ideal candidate will manage the revenue cycle for all services, train billing staff, and ensure accuracy in claims processing and billing operations.

The position requires at least 5 years of medical billing experience, supervisory skills, and knowledge of various health insurances.

Candidates with experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting and Professional Coder Certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in medical billing/revenue cycle management.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Professional Coder Certification preferred.
• Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the revenue cycle for all Hurtt Clinic services.
• Train and supervise billing staff.
• Develop procedures for billing and collections.
• Ensure timely submission of claims for payment.
