Responsibilities

• Lead the insurance, authorization, billing, claims, and denial management functions.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to billing and back-office team.
• Own the revenue cycle workflow from insurance to A/R follow-up.
• Monitor billing KPIs and identify opportunities to improve cash flow.
