Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to support California operations, focusing on eligibility verification, payer requirements, and financial clearance. You will analyze front-end processes, develop procedures, and implement improvements to reduce risks and enhance billing readiness.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams, develop KPI dashboards, and deliver training on payer requirements and billing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum three years of revenue cycle, billing operations, financial clearance, or related analytical experience.
• Experience interpreting Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payer, eligibility, shares of cost and claim readiness requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows and billing readiness across multiple programs.
• Interpret Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payer, eligibility and authorization requirements.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle procedures, controls, and best practices.
• Identify risks, coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
• Review billing errors and trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Present findings and action plans to leadership.
• Deliver training on payer requirements and billing readiness standards.
• Provide SME expertise on EHR and billing platforms (IRIS, Avatar).
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle teams.
