Community Medical Centers in Fresno, CA, seeks a Revenue Cycle Training Specialist to design, develop, validate and deliver curricula and workflows for staff using Epic and related systems. You will support onboarding and ongoing education for end-to-end Revenue Cycle processes, from patient access through billing and denials management.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field with healthcare experience; EPIC proficiency and Lean/Six

Patient Access Management: Responsible for designing, developing, validating and delivering curricula and/or workflows pertaining to various systems and support learning through in house and online learning for CMC staff using the systems that support management of processes, such as registration, scheduling, document management, Epic and cash collection. Responsible for assessing on-going competency, using learning tools and methodologies. Responsible for resolving system and registration related billing errors in Epic.
Revenue Cycle Training: Responsible for providing training support for all aspects of the revenue cycle work processes including many of the supporting systems. Designing, developing, validating and delivering curricula for end user training, including a comprehensive custom Revenue Cycle Department on-boarding programming and on-going revenue education, competency and quality assessments, to accomplish continuing revenue professional development for all Revenue Cycle staff: UM, Admitting, PFS, Revenue Management, Patient Access, Pre-Arrival and Denials Recovery.
Role Responsibilities & Day-to-Day
Scheduling / Hours: Generally, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with schedule flexibility depending on project needs and IT support).
