Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with billing training.
• Minimum 2 years intake, medical billing and/or collections.
• 2 years home infusion therapy experience preferred.
• CODING course certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review patient files for completeness and accuracy for billing.
• Submit primary and secondary billing to payers and track denials.
• Obtain prior authorizations and communicate with payers.
• Explain therapy costs to patients clearly.
• Support design of training materials for RCM team.
