Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations and referrals.
• Collect copay and estimated patient portion based on benefits and prior balances.
• Enter patient demographic and financial information accurately into the system.
• Assist with scheduling, check-in/out, and patient communications.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and department policies.
• Support disaster readiness and cross-clinic staffing.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient issues.
