Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements the strategic direction for Rev. Cycle Financial Management and collaborates with direct reports to drive alignment.
• Manages day-to-day practice of Revenue Cycle Financial Management teams, including metrics and operations related to Vendor & Tech. Operations and Budget.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of revenue cycle processes to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, revenue forecasts, and profitability assessments, to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for revenue cycle operations, including patient billing, collections, and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop accurate revenue projections, expense budgets, and financial plans.
• Develop a comprehensive strategy to reduce the cost and complexity of the vendor network through standardization / enhanced technology.
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, revenue cycle specialists, and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development.
• Identifies and solves technical and operational problems; understands and recognizes broader impact across the department.
