Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of revenue cycle metrics including Cash Collections, AR Days, AR >90, DNFB, Denials, Unbilled Accounts, Billing Rejections, Managed Care Variances, and Collections Inventory.
• Independently analyzes performance trends, quantifies financial impact, and develops corrective action plans.
• Explain key revenue cycle performance drivers and financial impacts.
• Identify root causes behind top denial categories and aging AR trends.
• Develop and execute measurable improvement plans.
• Hold teams accountable for results.
• Present KPI performance and recovery strategies to operational and executive leaders.
• Consistently demonstrate proactive leadership versus reactive management.
• Creates a culture of continuous improvement, education, and employee engagement.
