Job summary

Clarity Child Guidance Center seeks a responsible professional to maintain and update the EHR-related revenue cycle and credentialing activities. You will verify licenses, maintain records, and support payer enrollment while collaborating with HIT and leadership to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

The role requires 4–5 years in healthcare billing with credentialing experience, and the ability to coordinate across departments to optimize processes and maintain up-to-date credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–5 years of healthcare billing experience.
• Experience with provider credentialing, recredentialing, payer enrollment, and maintaining credentialing records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the revenue cycle/practice management system.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of revenue cycle data.
• Evaluate and optimize revenue cycle processes from intake to posting.
• Collaborate with HIT and revenue cycle leaders on platform upgrades.
• Provide analytics and support to program teams as requested.
• Develop and deliver training on credentialing processes.
