Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration and seven years related experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, reimbursement, billing compliance, and EHR systems.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and change-management skills.
• Ability to interpret performance data and drive accountability and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight of revenue cycle operations through Directors and Managers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue cycle strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish policies, workflows, and internal controls for assigned revenue cycle functions.
• Monitor key revenue cycle performance indicators and drive improvements.
• Oversee EHR operations, business applications, and related technology platforms.
