Job summary

Lympha Press seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize revenue cycle operations across commercial and government payer processes. The role focuses on reimbursement performance, patient access, and scalable workflows to support growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee teams managing verification, pre-determinations, authorizations, submissions, payments, denials, and appeals, with a track record of cross-functional leadership and operational improvement.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in DME, healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle management, or related healthcare operations.
• Experience building, leading, and developing revenue cycle or reimbursement teams.
• Experience managing remote and in-office employees.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer processes, authorizations, claims management, denials, audits, and reimbursement operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage revenue cycle teams responsible for support of reimbursement operations and revenue generation.
• Evaluate team structure, workflows, processes, and resource needs to improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that promote efficiency and accountability.
• Establish key performance metrics and reporting processes to monitor productivity and reimbursement performance.
