• Review registration, updates to demographics and insurance eligibility for payment allocation.
• Notate and report inconsistent and invalid financial transactions; alert manager.
• Process incoming returned patient refund checks and verify patient addresses.
• Assist in training staff on systems and policies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.
• Perform other duties as required.
