Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience with Medicaid, MCOs, commercial payers and credentialing processes preferred.
• Strong data entry, coding review (CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10) and claim submission skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate claims to Medicaid, MCOs, and commercial payers.
• Post payments, adjustments, and denials; reconcile with internal logs.
• Perform AR follow-up and analyze denials to identify root causes and corrections.
• Coordinate credentialing and enrollment with payers and CAQH/NPI systems.
• Assist with payer audits and maintain organized credentialing documentation.
