• Audit patient records to identify missing or delayed charges and resolve discrepancies.
• Support charge entry education and process improvement to reduce errors.
• Monitor unbilled accounts and communicate issues to leadership.
• Identify trends in underpayments and denials and escalate findings.
• Assist in training materials related to charge capture practices.
• Follow coding, billing, and documentation guidelines to maintain compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
