What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide revenue cycle management services across various operations including patient access and health information management
- Analyze operational and financial performance metrics, identifying trends and root causes
- Communicate findings effectively to support operational and financial decisions
- Collaborate with partner revenue cycle teams to resolve process issues and implement solutions
- Manage multiple client-related priorities and report project status regularly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of work experience in Revenue Cycle Management including patient access or patient finance analysis
- 2+ years of experience with SQL
- 2+ years of experience in acute or ambulatory settings
- Experience with business intelligence visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx)
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare consulting experience
- Experience with EPIC
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, and Outlook
- Proven solid analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
