What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and implement appropriate deliverable structure to complete implementation of program reports and dashboards
- Create design documents including technical requirements, functions, scenarios, use cases, and system interactions
- Solicit, review, analyze, and create business requirements to support project deliverables
- Engage client and internal stakeholders to manage risks and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Mentor and coach project team members on effective writing skills and strategies for consistency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and writing business requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry focused on data warehouse, data analysis, or decision support systems
- Proven experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards and SQL
- Ability to travel to Hartford, CT during implementation as required by the client
- Understanding of Federal/CMS/State regulations and requirements

- Experience serving as a consultant to government clients
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with the urgency to drive work forward
