Port Washington Post Acute is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Assistant to manage billing, collections, and business office operations. This role supports resident care by ensuring accurate billing and timely financial reporting. Located in Bremerton, WA, the position emphasizes confidentiality and integrity in every task.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, EMR experience, and the ability to multitask while communicating effectively with staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong computer/data entry skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Clear communication with staff, vendors, and agencies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Commitment to resident confidentiality, dignity, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Submit and confirm claims across all payor types (Medicaid, Medicare, private pay).
• Manage TARs, Medicaid certs/redeterminations, and CWF records.
• Process ancillary invoices, refunds, and monthly reports.
• Oversee A/R collections and resident trust accounting.
• Maintain accurate records in the EMR and support month-end close.
