Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle required; manager level in consulting or healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent in analytics, CS, economics, finance, accounting, statistics, econometrics, public health, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience leading Denials Avoidance/Prevention and Avoidable Write-Offs with measurable financial results.
• Experience with process redesign and process improvement across Revenue Cycle (Patient Access, HIM/Coding, Patient Financial Services).
• Cerner or Epic experience; Cerner Patient Accounting experience beneficial.
• Proven capability with SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau; Power BI is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Performs data collection (quantitative and qualitative), research (industry and subject matter), and analysis to solve client problems.
• Designs and develops data-driven analytics solutions to support Revenue Cycle initiatives (denials avoidance, revenue integrity, process improvement).
• Builds and maintains dashboards, reports, and data visualizations translating analytics into client insights and recommendations.
• Provides expertise in insurance denial protocols and collaborates with clients on data-informed solutions.
• Leads work streams within engagements, overseeing qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Manages client relationships at the representative level and adjusts communication accordingly.
• Audits practices and own work to ensure quality and identify opportunities or risks.
• Mentors junior team members and shares analytics and revenue cycle knowledge.
