Based in a full-time role, you will oversee reconciliations, monitor charging workflows, and lead large cross-functional projects to reduce denials and improve reimbursement. Strong communication, project management, and EPIC expertise are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with revenue cycle processes.
• Knowledge of EPIC workflows is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly reconciliation of account placements with vendors.
• Provide oversight for physician departments in collaboration with Billing Office Managers and finance teams.
• Monitor charging and billing processes to ensure accurate capture and resolve issues.
• Lead large projects related to revenue cycle initiatives and develop plans with timelines.
• Provide first-tier escalation support to SBO staff and stakeholders.
