Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience within registration, scheduling, billing, cash collection, cash application, or denial management/follow-up.
• Medical billing experience with an understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coding, charge capture, billing, cash receipts, and accounts receivable reports to identify defects, anomalies, and trends that impact revenue, cash flow, and efficiency.
• Hypothesize about defects based on observed patterns and design experiments to prove their existence and quantify impact.
• Package validated defects into structured analyses with problem statements, evidence, root cause, and recommended resolution paths for tech and ops stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance defect detection and automate pattern recognition in workflows.
• Apply statistical methods and experimental design to ensure rigor in defect validation with proper sampling and significance testing.
