Job summary

Proliance Surgeons, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Financial & Business Intelligence Analyst in Seattle on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with the VP of Revenue Cycle to analyze performance, develop BI solutions in Qlik, and automate workflows with Power Automate.

The role requires SQL proficiency, experience with BI tools, and strong communication to drive financial and operational improvements within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or related field.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency required (multi-table joins, aggregations, and performance-aware queries).
• Experience building BI apps; Qlik experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced experience with Power Automate; SharePoint and Lists skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for financial and operational improvement.
• Monitor KPIs related to revenue cycle performance and report findings to management.
• Develop reporting solutions using SQL and Qlik; maintain dashboards and assets.
• Own automation and workflow optimization using Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, and Lists.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, IT, and leadership to align on reporting priorities.
