Revenue Cycle Analyst, Sr (Soarian) PERM

This role is for a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst with a focus on Soarian applications in a remote setting.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Job Overview: The Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst, Senior will work with external vendors, system owners, community partners, contractors, and client leadership to design, develop, implement and operationalize revenue cycle information systems including but not limited to PBAR, Siemens MedSeries 4, Cerner, Change Healthcare, nThrive (MedAssets) Suite, Relay Assurance Plus, Visiquate, GE Centricity, PatientKeeper, and others. This role involves identifying and documenting IT design specifications based on user needs analysis and generating need-gap analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an application administrator ensuring data integrity, maintaining system security, extracting, analyzing, and transforming data.
• Facilitate user/vendor communication and manage software upgrades, implementations, and conversions.
• Understand functional workflows and processes of supported departments to maintain system functionality and design.
• Balance time between direct customer service and project-related activities.
• Analyze, plan, design, create, and maintain reports using various technologies including IBM Showcase, QlikView, and Cerner Command Language (CCL).

Minimum Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or 9 years of relevant experience if no bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years relevant revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IS Healthcare setting.
• Experience with 2 full life cycle implementations required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Soarian Application experience.
• Must have at least 3 years HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle experience.
• Strong organization skills and customer service focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Customer Service: Address customer questions and concerns, ensuring a professional image.
• Team Work and Project Management: Assist in establishing project goals and monitor task progress.
• Solution Design: Analyze requirements to design and develop solutions.
• Performance Improvement: Participate in performance improvement activities and pursue business transformation.
• Technical Skills: Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Reports & Analytics: Generate standard and custom reports as needed.
• Training: Train new/current staff on applicable systems/applications.

Other Duties: Ability to fulfill on-call requirements and other duties as assigned.
