Job summary

U.S. Dermatology Partners in Tyler, TX is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to collaborate with operations, clinics, and payers as a subject matter expert for resolving systemic payment issues within the RCM function.

You will extract, analyze, and summarize utilization and internal data across multiple reporting platforms to deliver top‑side analytics for key stakeholders, while supporting process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years with a degree or 4 years direct experience in the healthcare revenue cycle
• 1+ year(s) experience working within an AR team or Payment Posting team
• Ability to review a patient account and EOB
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel with functions and pivots
• Project management skills are preferred
• Excellent communication skills are required
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials for Revenue Cycle Management processes and workflows
• Develop job aids, quick-reference guides, SOPs, checklists, and reference materials
• Extracts, analyzes, and summarizes claim data to identify contract compliance issues and underpayments
• Maintain expertise regarding specific payers, clinics ops, and RCM components
• Manage project timelines and provide weekly status updates to the team
• Oversee resources related to owned projects and issues
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all analysis and summary reports
• Implement system changes to support operations
• Identify project issues and mitigation strategies
• Support management to meet project goals
• Complete audits and audit reports for functional areas
• Monitor productivity across projects and report concerns
• Adhere to safety policies and support high quality customer service
