Job description

Our client is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support payer plan work, including optimizations, enhancements, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, and excellent time management skills.

Requirements:

• Healthcare experience, specifically with HB and/or PB, is required.
• Must have Epic Claims Certification.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing, and supporting clinical enterprise and departmental applications.
• Interacting directly with management and users to analyze and specify clinical application requirements and workflows, and making system recommendations.
• Developing and maintaining configuration decisions and workflow documents.
• Assisting with data analysis, including conversion, analytics, quality, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in system configuration, clinical/business systems analysis and design, electronic medical records, clinical systems, database administration and design.

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary range: $69,000 - $109,928 per year.
• PTO: 23 days.
