The role requires handling monthly billing, posting cash, and maintaining census and resident financial records, with opportunities to participate in leadership rotations on campus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Hands-on billing and collections for all campus payer types.
• Assists families through Medicaid determination and eligibility process.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on billing and collections for all campus payer types.
• Assists families through the Medicaid determination and eligibility process.
• Manages monthly billing processes for all payer classes in an accurate and timely manner.
• Posts cash payments received to the correct resident account.
• Establishes and maintains systems that impact census records, accounts receivable and resident information.
• Participates in campus leadership responsibilities such as meal manager and manager on duty rotations.
