Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years customer service experience.
• 2–3 years billing or collections experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in transportation industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation and initiate the billing process.
• Communicate with customers on account balances and discrepancies.
• Assist in new customer billing procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve conflicts.
• Create reports and monitor non-payments and delays.
• Contact customers to collect overdue invoices and rebills.
• Identify trends to prevent recurring payment issues.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order-to-cash processes.
