Immediate Mailing Services, Inc. is seeking a Revenue & Billing Analyst to manage accurate, timely customer billing and maintain complete account records. You will resolve discrepancies and support collections to improve cash flow.

The role requires 2+ years in billing or AR, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NetSuite ERP. This position is based in Syracuse, NY with standard business hours and occasional escalations.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with accounting software.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective action.
• Familiarity with billing systems and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of invoice generation, customer account management, billing workflows, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and conditional formatting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer account records and monitor accounts for payment delays.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and client service teams on billing requirements.
• Generate aging reports and assist with collections as needed.
