Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Process Analyst IV in Austin, TX (or nearby) to optimize revenue accounting processes and automate AR reserve models. You will enhance close processes, test Oracle ARCS, and develop OBIEE analytics with a strong emphasis on AI-driven automation.

The role requires a proactive self-starter with expert Excel skills and experience in healthcare revenue cycle, SOX controls, and cross-functional collaboration across FP&A, IT, and revenue teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems is required.
• 3+ years in accounting operations, financial systems, or analytics role.
• Healthcare revenue cycle or patient care operations experience preferred.
• Experience with Revenue accounting concepts (accruals, reserves, receivables).
• Hands-on with OBIEE, Oracle ARCS, NextGen or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel for building automations and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate AR reserve models and revenue analytics.
• Develop and automate revenue reports, analytics, and dashboards (OBIEE).
• Own ARCS transaction matching and test new auto-match rules.
• Lead Billing System enhancements and testing for revenue team.
• Plan, test, and execute reporting system transitions end-to-end.
