• Willing to learn all areas of accounting and assist with month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Revenue Auditors and manage workload to ensure timely, accurate audits.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to internal controls.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including posting, reconciliations, and tax payments.
• Schedule and coordinate training and cross-training for auditors.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication with other departments and management.
