The job involves performing on-site audits, verifying cashier compliance with policies, and preparing scorecards for audit exceptions while contributing to a stable office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previousexperience as a cashier or bookkeeper is preferred but notrequired.
• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain andmaintainlicensing by theappropriate gamingauthority.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and organize all necessary paperwork for auditing.
• Conduct audits on cashier paperwork and ensure all documents are properlysubmitted.
• Verify that cashiers have followed all policies and procedures, including obtaining required signatures.
• Input cashier reports and journal entries into balancing spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Prepare scorecards to document cashier audit exceptions.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies, including over/short discrepanciesidentifiedat the bank.
• Manage player points/comps by expensing them to theappropriate issuingdepartment.
