Job summary

Osage Casinos in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Revenue Auditor to ensure accurate daily revenue accounting, audit departmental transactions, and support compliance with MICS, SICS, TICS and Osage Nation gaming regulations. This role includes reviewing reports, identifying discrepancies, and assisting the Revenue Audit Supervisor.

Candidates should have at least two years of casino revenue audit experience, familiarity with Casino Cash Trac and Konami software, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Two (2) years of casino revenue audit experience required, including experience with Casino Cash Trac and Konami software.
• Must demonstrate working knowledge of multiple Revenue Audit functions and perform audits with minimal supervision.
• Gaming industry experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Osage Nation preference applies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Revenue Audit department’s general accounting for revenue, internal controls, and reporting.
• Audits accounting and financial data for properties across multiple audits (Cage, F&B, Hotels, Slots, etc.).
• Identifies improper accounting or documentation and notes exceptions.
• Audits daily records to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and policies.
• Prepares manual and computerized accounting records and reports.
• Verifies cash accountability and ensures changes are properly authorized.
• Uses systems such as Synkros, Casino Cash Trac, Infinium, Info Genesis, V1, Kronos, and Cognos at an intermediate or higher level.
• Files and maintains revenue audit documents; distributes reports per distribution list.
