Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Revenue Audit Supervisor to lead a 5–7 person audit team across Mille Lacs and Hinckley properties. The role balances hands-on auditing with people leadership, coaching associates, and ensuring accurate revenue reporting daily.

The position requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and experience with gaming, POS, hotel, or inventory systems. Travel between properties may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of related auditing/accounting experience; gaming industry preferred.
• Leadership experience in supervising or coaching staff preferred.
• Experience with gaming, POS, hotel, or inventory systems; proficient in Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily revenue audits across all venues, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Coach and develop a team of auditors; manage staffing and performance.
• Prepare journals, reconcile GL revenue accounts, and verify postings and balances.
• Maintain compliance with DGRs and internal controls; coordinate with internal/external auditors.
• Ensure systems integrity for gaming, POS, inventory, and hotel systems; facilitate information flow.
