Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Revenue Audit Manager to direct the Revenue Audit team and oversee daily and monthly audits across gaming and non-gaming outlets, including slots, table games, sportsbook, food and beverage, hotel, spa, golf, and retail. You will ensure accurate procedures, coordinate with Shared Services, and support financial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, advanced Excel skills, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
• Advanced Excel and analytic modeling ability preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Revenue Audit team and oversees daily and monthly revenue audits for gaming and non-gaming outlets.
• Ensures month-end entries and reconciliations are accurate and complete.
• Leads internal and external audit coordination and prepares financial reports and variance analyses.
• Manages coaching, mentoring and development of staff; promotes teamwork and strong customer service.
• Ensures compliance with SOX, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
