Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking a Senior Revenue Auditor to drive financial accuracy and ensure franchise revenue reporting compliance across our franchise operations. You will conduct revenue audits, validate monthly submissions, and serve as a primary compliance authority and SME for franchisees.

The role requires 5+ years in property-level hotel management, revenue assurance, and negotiations with franchise owners, with proficiency in ChoiceAdvantage and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in property-level hotel management, revenue assurance, or franchise business negotiations.
• Proficiency in ChoiceAdvantage or other hotel PMS is required.
• Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the revenue audit process, identifying abnormalities in revenue reporting.
• Hold audit walkthrough calls to review findings, documentation, and corrective actions (avg. ~10 per week).
• Bill out and collect fees for underreported revenue and report outcomes.
• Review property statistics and respond to relicensing, renewal, and good standing notices.
• Review monthly revenue submissions for accuracy prior to billing.
• Contact franchise and/or research revenue abnormalities to enter corrections prior to billing.

Job Summary

Qualifications

The salary range for this position is $75,553 - $88,886.
