Job summary

ARG is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Auditing Specialist to safeguard the accuracy of booked sales, commission, and revenue data. You will review closed sales opportunities, provider agreements, and Salesforce data, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain audit documentation while partnering with Revenue Assurance and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

You will contribute to complex audits, support issue escalation, and share knowledge to strengthen audit practices in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience reconciling commissions, payments or related financial data preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM in tech/telecom environments preferred.
• No specific certification required; relevant training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit booked sales opportunities and reconcile provider agreements with Salesforce records.
• Validate expected commissions before booking and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain audit records, process logs, and supporting evidence.
• Perform recurring data-quality checks and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners, Providers, and Revenue Assurance to resolve exceptions.
