Job summary

New Horizon Communications Corp. is seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst to support billing and carrier invoice processes in a fast-paced environment. You will audit invoices, resolve discrepancies, set up 3rd party portals, and ensure carriers are coded to the correct GL accounts.

The role requires strong Excel skills, 2+ years in a professional setting, and attention to detail. Telecom or financial background is preferred. On-site in KY region with company benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a professional work environment (2+ years).
• Financial or Telecom background preferred.
• Must be fluent in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Auditing carrier invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve, reconcile, dispute and bill charges when applicable on carrier invoices.
• Set up and maintain 3rd party portals.
• Ensure all carriers are in BDA and coded to the correct GL account.
• Work with internal Ops Team to complete orders for billing.
• Assist with data collection for various reports as needed.
• Other miscellaneous and project work as required.

We have experienced impressive growth and are seeking a high-energy, hardworking Revenue Assurance Analyst to support our business. This is a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment where you will be multi-tasking every day.

Responsibilities:

• Auditing Carrier Invoices to ensure invoices are accurate and received in a timely manner
• Resolve, Reconcile, Dispute and Bill charges when applicable on Carrier invoices
• Set up and maintain 3rd party portals
• Ensure all carriers are in BDA and are coded to the appropriate GL account
• Work with internal Ops Team to complete orders for appropriate billing
• Assist with data collection for various reports as needed
• Other Miscellaneous and Project work as required

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Excel
• 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• Financial or Telecom background preferred
• Ability to think outside the box and be a Problem Solver

• Highly Organized, Thorough, and Detail Oriented
• Experience working with 3rd party portals is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

The expected salary range for this role is $45,000 – $55,000 per year. This range represents our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final salary offers are determined by a candidate's specific experience, skills, and qualifications. We also offera generous benefit package that includes Health, Life, Dental, and 401K with company match.
