Job summary

New Horizon Communications in Concord, MA, is seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst to audit carrier invoices, reconcile charges, and support billing accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will work with internal operations, maintain 3rd party portals, and generate reports.

Requirements include fluent Excel, 2+ years in a professional setting; financial or telecom background preferred; independent, organized, and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Auditing carrier invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve, reconcile, dispute and bill charges on carrier invoices.
• Set up and maintain 3rd party portals.
• Ensure carriers are in BDA and coded to the correct GL account.
• Collaborate with Ops to complete orders for billing accuracy.
• Assist with data collection for various reports as needed.
• Support miscellaneous and project work as required.

We have experienced impressive growth and are seeking a high-energy, hardworking Revenue Assurance Analyst to support our business. This is a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment where you will be multi-tasking every day.

Responsibilities:

• Auditing Carrier Invoices to ensure invoices are accurate and received in a timely manner
• Resolve, Reconcile, Dispute and Bill charges when applicable on Carrier invoices
• Set up and maintain 3rd party portals
• Ensure all carriers are in BDA and are coded to the appropriate GL account
• Work with internal Ops Team to complete orders for appropriate billing
• Assist with data collection for various reports as needed
• Other Miscellaneous and Project work as required

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Excel

Salary & Benefits:

The expected salary range for this role is $45,000 – $55,000 per year. This range represents our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final salary offers are determined by a candidate's specific experience, skills, and qualifications. We also offera generous benefit package that includes Health, Life, Dental, and 401K with company match.
