Job summary

First Hospitality in Chicago, IL is seeking a Revenue Analytics & Systems Specialist to optimize pricing, forecast topline performance, and drive reporting efficiency across our hotel portfolio.

You will build Excel dashboards, support forecasts, and train teammates while collaborating with Revenue Leaders and cross-functional teams to create data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and experience building reports.
• 2+ years in reporting, revenue management, or business analysis in hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards for pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Support monthly and annual forecasting by preparing and validating data inputs.
• Conduct audits on distribution, rate loading, and other revenue-impacting processes.
• Train new team members on tools, systems, and department processes.
• Develop and refine reporting methodologies and explore automation opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Analytics & Systems Specialist to join our Revenue ManagementTeam . This role supports hotel pricing optimization, market sharegrowth, accurate topline forecasting, and process efficiency. The idealcandidate has advanced Excel skills, a strong analytical mindset, andhospitality experience—ideally in revenue management.

You’llcollaborate with Revenue Leaders and cross-functional teams to create efficiencies for the revenue team, by building andmaintaining reporting tools, monitoring performance, and driving data-informeddecisions across our hotel portfolio.

What you’ll be doing…

• Familiaritywith hotel revenue systems (e.g., IDeaS, OYv2) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’sdegree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalentexperience)
