Love Freedom Solution in Needham MA or Midtown Manhattan is seeking an Implementation Lead to partner with CFOs and finance leaders at high-growth, PE-backed companies. You will own client implementations from kickoff through production, building revenue models, reporting frameworks, and actionable business insights.

This role blends financial consulting, client advisory, analytics, and AI technologies to transform how finance teams analyze and manage their business, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in financial consulting, FP&A, or analytics.
• Experience with PE-backed, high-growth companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of revenue waterfalls, revenue cubes, and cohort analysis.
• Experience communicating with CFOs and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise finance customers from discovery to production.
• Partner with CFOs to understand revenue models and reporting requirements.
• Analyze historical financial data and reconcile reporting for accuracy.
• Design revenue cubes, waterfalls, cohort analyses, and financial data models.
• Manage approximately 10 client accounts across implementations and managed services.
• Leverage AI tools to automate data modeling and financial analysis workflows.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Resolve roadblocks and keep customers accountable to schedules.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to enhance the platform.
