Job summary

Love Freedom Solution is seeking an Implementation Lead in a hybrid role serving the Boston area. You will partner with CFOs at growth-stage companies, owning implementations from kickoff to completion, and building advanced revenue models and reporting frameworks.

The role combines financial consulting, analytics, and emerging AI technologies to transform how finance teams analyze data and deliver business insights. Onsite four days weekly in Needham or NYC, with competitive base plus equity.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in financial consulting or related fields.
• Experience with private equity-backed or high-growth companies.
• Strong understanding of revenue waterfalls, revenue cubes, cohort analysis, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and data modeling.
• Experience managing client relationships independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with CFOs and senior executives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite four days per week in Needham, MA or Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise finance customers from discovery through production.
• Partner directly with CFOs and senior finance leaders to understand business operations, revenue models, and reporting requirements.
• Analyze historical financial data and reconcile reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Design and build revenue cubes, waterfalls, cohort analyses, and financial data models.
• Manage approximately 10 client accounts across implementation and ongoing managed services.
• Leverage AI-powered internal tools to automate data modeling, financial analysis, and operational workflows.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client milestones throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Hold customers accountable to project schedules and proactively resolve implementation roadblocks.
• Deliver strategic recommendations that improve financial reporting and business decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to enhance platform capabilities.
• Build long-term trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

About The Role
