Job summary

Public Service Electric & Gas Co. is seeking a Business Support Specialist for Customer Ops to deliver technical administrative and collection support to the Revenue Integrity Department.

You will perform SAP, Access and Excel reporting, export data, and build scorecard dashboards while coordinating deadlines across the team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of analytics experience, with travel between Newark, Springfield and Edison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant analytics experience if no degree.
• Knowledge of meter-to-cash process and utility regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation ability.
• Experience with SAP CCS and SQL data extraction.
• Proficient with Power BI, Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, administrative and collection support to RID; run SAP, Access and Excel reports.
• Develop dashboards and reports; automate processes to improve accuracy and speed.
• Maintain data integrity across queries and spreadsheets; document SOPs.
• Coordinate deadlines, track tasks, and support project implementations.
• Assist with internal audits, SOX controls, and RID scorecard initiatives.
