Responsibilities

• Review and approve requests for new deal numbers, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
• Review and approve pipeline transactions (backlog) for accurate revenue tagging.
• Perform regular revenue reconciliation to maintain financial integrity.
• Manage end-to-end closure and final settlement of syndicate settlements for ECM/DCM products; ensure FINRA compliance.
