Job summary

Citi in Mumbai, hybrid role, seeks a Credit Review Intermediate Analyst to support CRR analytics and lead reviewer activities. You will manage data-driven credit reviews, ensure accurate risk assessments, and collaborate across teams to monitor portfolios.

Required are 1–2 years in credit analysis, strong MS Office skills, and an aptitude for AI-enabled analytics; knowledge of Python is a plus. MBA/CFA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of credit analysis or credit risk experience.
• Deep understanding of financial accounting standards and credit analysis methods.
• Experience assessing corporates and financial institutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Python knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the integrity of credit analyses, exposures, risk ratings and asset classifications.
• Draft Credit Assessment Documents using data analytics to quantify thematic risks.
• Assist Lead Reviewers and track end-to-end credit lifecycle processes.
• Leverage AI and analytics to identify trends across portfolios.
• Prepare high-quality presentations for governance and regulatory reviews.
• Synthesize findings and present concise conclusions to management.
