LST Group is a fast-growing, full-service freight brokerage building out a Chattanooga finance team. We are hiring a Revenue Accounting Manager to lead billing, AR and cash application, owning process design and technology to scale the function.

The starting focus is the order-to-cash cycle, with room to expand into other finance areas as the company grows. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years leading people.
• Freight brokerage experience in billing, AR, collections or revenue accounting.
• Hands-on fluency in Revenova and Accounting Seed, incl. data flow between TMS and GL.
• Track record of building or rebuilding processes and controls.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Salesforce-based reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end billing, AR, and cash application processes.
• Lead collections strategy and aging management with operations and sales.
• Design revenue accounting processes, controls and policies;
• Lead implementation and optimization of Revenova and Accounting Seed workflows.
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve DSO and cash forecasting.
