Job summary

Artera is seeking an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to own end-to-end revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions, usage-based billing, and professional services. You will be the SME on ASC 606 as the company scales, partnering with AI Builders to automate invoicing and close processes.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Success, RevOps, and FP&A, and drive policy creation and SOX-compliant controls for revenue streams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions, usage-based fees, and professional services.
Review contracts to determine treatment of multiple performance obligations and renewals.
Design and implement agentic AI solutions to automate invoicing, reconciliations, and revenue workflows.
Oversee NetSuite invoicing for recurring and usage-based billing; manage deferred revenue schedules.
Execute month-end close for revenue accounts and prepare variance commentary for leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and FP&A on SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NDR).
Develop ASC 606 policies and SOX-compliant documentation for revenue, billing, and order-to-cash.
