Job summary

AppDirect, Inc is seeking a senior revenue accounting professional to drive ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance and lead the revenue close process. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations to operationalize new products and acquisitions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes detailed contract analysis, SSP studies, and GAAP/IFRS reporting with opportunities to impact policy and system optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, ideally in SaaS/subscription environments.
Strong technical revenue accounting skills, IFRS 15 / ASC 606 familiarity.
Proficiency with NetSuite ARM and related systems.
Experience with M&A revenue integration is a plus.
Able to communicate complex accounting concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed contract reviews to determine revenue recognition under ASC 606.
Lead revenue close processes across month, quarter, and year-end.
Partner with system teams to enhance NetSuite ARM usage and accuracy.
Identify bottlenecks and drive automation for revenue recognition workflows.
Collaborate with pricing, product, and revenue operations on SSP studies.
Support external audits and cross-functional initiatives.
