Door LLC. is seeking a Revenue Accountant to support revenue accounting and billing processes. This hybrid role will work in the St. Louis office three days a week and remote two days.

Key responsibilities include reviewing customer contracts, maintaining accurate invoicing, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 1-2 years of relevant experience and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Overview

The Revenue Accountant supports the company's revenue accounting and billing processes by helping ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. This role assists with revenue recognition, billing activities, month-end close responsibilities, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing customer contracts and orders to support accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Support billing operations and help maintain accurate customer invoicing.
• Investigate and help resolve billing discrepancies by partnering with Sales, Account Management, Accounts Receivable, and other internal teams.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including revenue-related reconciliations and reporting.
• Support compliance with revenue recognition policies and internal controls.
• Help maintain revenue accounting documentation and processes.
• Generate reports and provide data support for internal teams and customers as needed.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Assist with audits and ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting, finance, billing, revenue accounting, accounts receivable, or related experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in our St. Louis (Creve Coeur) office, offering a balance of in-office collaboration three days per week and remote work two days per week.
