Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Revenue Accountant in the Plano area. The role supports monthly, quarterly and annual revenue close, reviews contracts for ASC 606 revenue recognition, and oversees NetSuite-based revenue activities with potential ERP system involvement.

The position emphasizes accurate revenue recording, deferred revenue schedules, and reconciliations, with opportunities to streamline processes and assist with audits and SEC reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with monthly, quarterly and annual revenue close processes.
• Ability to review customer contracts for ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 is required.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close processes and ensure revenue is recorded accurately.
• Review customer contracts and determine proper revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606.
• Manage revenue activities within NetSuite, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain deferred revenue schedules and account reconciliations.
• Support audits, SEC reporting, and revenue disclosures.
• Monthly revenue accounting and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 is required.
• Excel, Oracle, NetSuite, or any ERP is a plus #DALFT
